USO-Metro's Outdoor Heroes program provides our wounded, ill and injured troops and their caretakers the opportunity to participate in outdoor excursions throughout the year which include golf and fishing tournaments, outdoor photography, and skeet shooting, among others. These special events are planned and executed with the intent of elevating morale, building a sense of community, and helping to ease the burdens wounded warriors and their loved ones experience when coping with their new lifestyles.
